Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) is a well-known compressive neuro-vasculopathy disease with various anatomical causes. Neurogenic TOS is the most common type of this syndrome and accounts for over 95% of all cases. Conservative treatment plays a significant role in the management of neurogenic TOS. There are many controversies in this theme. Hence, the best method is still unclear. Herein, in a narrative review study, we tried to gather recent data about available methods of conservative treatment in the management of neurogenic TOS.
